Custom designed furniture, bedding, accessories and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Because custom items cannot be returned, The Magic Moon suggests that you contact Customer Service if you have any questions or concerns about the specific aspects of your custom order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom items, you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 10 business days of receiving the goods.  Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging.

Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded by The Magic Moon.  If you choose to return an item with the 10 days, all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. 

All sales on discounted or sale items are final!
